Papers are solicited on, but not limited to, the following topics:

• Innovation management in the Asia-Pacific region
• Innovation and entrepreneurship- from invention to the marketplace
• Innovation and organizational cultures
• The role of education in innovation management
• Capacity-building for innovation management
• Intellectual property protection
• Innovation and risk assessment/risk management.

InnovAsia 2005 invites high-quality original papers on any topic related to innovation management. Papers should be no more than 10 pages in length including all figures, tables and references.

Papers should include an abstract for non-specialists that describes the problem and achieved results, focusing on the important ideas and their significance, and should be accompanied by a PowerPoint presentation. Oral presentations (except for keynotes) will be limited to 20 minutes in length to allow adequate time for discussion.

Papers will be selected on originality, significance in the Asian context, relevance to the conference themes, correctness, and clarity. Authors should submit one copy of a PDF or MS Word file to innovasia2005@asiacongress.com

The best conference paper will be submitted for publication in the International Journal of Innovation and Technology Management, and all the conference proceedings will be published as a volume. To publish the paper in the conference, one of the authors needs to register for and present at the conference.
