Registration Information:

  1. All registration forms must be completed with payment details to the Conference Secretariat.
  2. A confirmation letter will be forwarded to all registered delegates via email or fax. Please bring along this confirmation letter during registration at the conference.
  3. An official receipt will be provided to all registered delegates on arrival in Bangkok.
  4. All registration fees are in US Dollars and are inclusive of prevailing tax.
  5. All registered delegates are entitled to Conference Sessions, Lunches and Coffee Breaks, Opening Ceremony, and Delegate Materials.
  6. Paid pre-registered delegates may claim their conference badge and bag at InnovAsia 2005 Official Hotels, namely Plaza Athenee and Ambassador Hotel, by showing their confirmation letter. The registration counters at these hotels will be open from 13.00 – 17.00 hrs on 20th September 2005.
  7. Registration payment and On-site registration will only be accepted at the InnovAsia 2005 Registration Counter at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.

    For both US Dollars and Thai Baht payments, please fax us your bank receipts for prompt confirmation.
  3. By Credit Card. Visa, MasterCard and AMEX cards will be accepted.

Cancellations and Refunds:

  1. Any cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
  2. Replacement of delegates will be accepted at no extra charge provided a written request is submitted to the Conference Secretariat.
  3. Refund of registration fee shall be deducted with a 10% administrative fee per person. A 50% refund shall be provided for cancellations made on June 30, 2005, and NO REFUNDS if cancellations are made after June 30, 2005.
